Goods delivered normally arrive between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, within 5 to 10 working days of placing your order. Express delivery is also available on request.
It will be necessary for the driver to obtain a signature for your delivery. In the event that you are not available to provide a signature on the pre-arranged date, then you may be charged for re-delivery.
Artificial grass is difficult for one person to carry safely so drivers may need assistance in unloading your grass. The drivers are only obliged to drop at the main entrance of the property, kerbside only. Please make sure you are available with sufficient manpower to receive the goods.
Any dates and times quoted for delivery are to be treated as an estimate and whilst every effort will be made to adhere to them, the Company shall not be liable whatsoever for failure to deliver by such date or time.
The risk in the goods shall pass to the Customer on delivery to the Customer’s premises or to any person or party authorised by the Customer to receive goods.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from delay or failure to deliver, arising from any causes beyond our control.
Any goods returned by the Customer to the Company shall be at the Customer’s risk.
Notwithstanding delivery and passing of risk. The goods shall remain the property of the Company until such time as the Customer shall have paid to the Company the agreed prices and all other amounts owed by the Customer to the Company.
Goods will be dispatched by the most convenient means in accordance with our Delivery & Returns Policy unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Customer.
Loss or Damage in Transit of Artificial Grass, Plants, Planters etc
The Customer should use its best endeavours to notify, in writing, the Company and the Carrier within 24 hours of delivery, of any damage or loss of goods in transit.
Non-delivery must be notified in writing to the Company within 14 days of the date of invoice.
Damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
