Dispatch Policy
While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability, and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.
Goods delivered normally arrive between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, within 5 to 10 working days of placing your order. Express delivery is also available on request.
It will be necessary for the driver to obtain a signature for your delivery. In the event that you are not available to provide a signature on the pre-arranged date, then you may be charged for re-delivery.
Artificial grass is difficult for one person to carry safely so drivers may need assistance in unloading your grass. The drivers are only obliged to drop at the main entrance of the property, kerbside only. Please make sure you are available with sufficient manpower to receive the goods.
Delivery:
- Any dates and times quoted for delivery are to be treated as an estimate and whilst every effort will be made to adhere to them, the Company shall not be liable whatsoever for failure to deliver by such date or time.
- The risk in the goods shall pass to the Customer on delivery to the Customer’s premises or to any person or party authorised by the Customer to receive goods.
- The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from delay or failure to deliver, arising from any causes beyond our control.
- Any goods returned by the Customer to the Company shall be at the Customer’s risk.
- Notwithstanding delivery and passing of risk. The goods shall remain the property of the Company until such time as the Customer shall have paid to the Company the agreed prices and all other amounts owed by the Customer to the Company.
Carriage
Goods will be dispatched by the most convenient means in accordance with our Delivery & Returns Policy unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Customer.
Loss or Damage in Transit of Artificial Grass, Plants, Planters etc
The Customer should use its best endeavours to notify, in writing, the Company and the Carrier within 24 hours of delivery, of any damage or loss of goods in transit.
Non-delivery must be notified in writing to the Company within 14 days of the date of invoice.
Damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Policy
We pride ourselves on our high-quality products, however on occasion you may wish to return a faulty or incorrect item. If you’re looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch so we can get this sorted for you, according to our terms and conditions.

Please note: We cannot refund the cost of bespoke or artificial grass that has been cut to a specific size unless the product is deemed to be faulty. Always keep your online receipt for any product purchased as it will enable us to deal with your query quickly.
Do you want to cancel your order?
If you wish to cancel your order and the goods have not been delivered, you can do so up to 2 working days of placing the order by contacting us. We will refund the amount to you including any delivery charges. Please note that artificial grass that has been pre-cut to size will be subject to a 30% handling charge as per our Terms and Conditions.
Do you want to return something?
- If your item is faulty you can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order. We will then deliver your replacement items to the original delivery address.
- All items that you return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure the goods are packed up properly and can’t get damaged in any way. All goods will be inspected upon return.
- We hope you don’t but if you change your mind, it is your responsibility to organise and pay for delivery back to Green as Grass. If you would like us to collect the goods, please get in touch and we will advise on the cost.
- Items customised to your specification cannot be returned.
- Artificial grass and green walls would be returned to our warehouse, details below. However, if products are sold and dispatched by one of our merchant partners, you will have to see their returns policy.
